Know what your clinic needs next.
Thirty2OS connects appointments, patient context, lab work, billing and follow-up around the next action.
Your clinic day, connected
The features you need. Working together.
Send the consent. Share the bill. Track the lab. Keep care moving—and let the unfinished work become your next actions.
01 / 07 · Front desk · patient communication
From your clinic. Straight to WhatsApp.
Appointments, documents and care instructions, shared from the work they belong to.
More context
Open the relevant clinic record, check the recipient and preview the supported message or document before sharing. Appointment messages, consent links, invoices and aftercare each keep their own context. Sending depends on your provider setup, recipient eligibility and approved templates.
A sharing attempt is not proof that a patient read or acted on it.

02 / 07 · Dentist · treatment preparation
Your consent templates. Ready for each treatment.
Choose a treatment-specific template. Review the document before it goes to the patient.
More context
Manage active and default consent templates, select the appropriate version and attach it to the patient’s treatment. Preview the clinic details, procedure and signature area before sharing. Your team remains responsible for the clinical wording and explanation.
Accepting a treatment proposal is separate from giving clinical consent.
03 / 07 · Patient + clinical team
Send the link. Keep the signed consent.
A secure link takes the patient from review and verification to a signed consent record.
More context
Share the consent link through the supported channel. The patient completes verification, reviews the document and signs in the web flow. The signed status and timestamp stay with the treatment record. In this example, Patient 024’s consent is now signed—not still waiting in the task queue.
The signature is collected in the consent page, not inside WhatsApp.
04 / 07 · Billing · collections
Send the bill. Keep the balance in view.
Share the invoice on WhatsApp. Keep its total, recorded payments and remaining balance together.
More context
Prepare the invoice from completed care, review its details and share the supported invoice link. Patient 024’s demonstration invoice totals ₹12,000, with ₹4,000 recorded as paid and ₹8,000 remaining. Sharing the bill does not record a payment; collections follow the payment history.
Example amounts illustrate a workflow, not software pricing or customer results.

Know where the case stands—and what you owe.
One lab case connects the patient, treatment, due date, status, cost and payments.
More context
Follow the crown case from order to receipt. Keep the lab contact, expected date and work status beside the case, with ₹3,000 cost, ₹1,000 paid and ₹2,000 remaining in this demonstration. Review an overdue case or share its order details with the lab through the supported WhatsApp flow.
Lab cost and payment tracking are separate from the patient’s invoice.

06 / 07 · Clinical team · continued care
Care continues after the appointment.
Choose the clinic-approved care sheet, preview it and share its link with the patient.
More context
Attach the appropriate post-op instructions to an appointment and check the content before sharing through WhatsApp or email. The instruction record keeps its treatment context and sharing history. Patient 024’s earlier-care instructions have been shared in this example; that is not proof they were read.
Aftercare content comes from your clinic’s templates—not an AI medical recommendation.

Your clinic’s to-do list, built from the work already happening.
Consent, billing, lab work and follow-up become clear, source-linked actions.

Let’s Do This Now brings together work indicated by recorded dates, statuses and treatment requirements. See why an item needs attention, open its source record, snooze it or mark it handled where supported. Completed steps stay complete; this queue includes other demonstration patients as well as Patient 024.
Organised work, not autonomous execution. Your team decides the next step.

Questions worth asking before you buy
What to know before you start.
What can I try before subscribing?
Create a clinic workspace and use the 14-day free trial to rehearse a clinic day. No credit card is required and the account does not convert to a paid subscription automatically. Migration, messaging setup and training remain separate.
How is pricing determined?
Tell us your clinic count, the capabilities you want and any setup needs. Ask for a written breakdown of software, onboarding, migration and provider charges before deciding.
Can my clinic migrate from Dentee?
Yes, we can assess an assisted switch. We first review your export, agree which records can move, and check the imported histories and balances before cutover.
Can AI Command act without approval?
No. AI can prepare an editable draft, but an authorised user must confirm before a clinic record changes. Conversations and drafts may be retained before confirmation.
More buying questions
Which clinic shapes can Thirty2OS support?
Owner-led practices, busy multi-chair clinics and groups with more than one location. Explore the workflow for your clinic size, then test it with the people who will use it.
Does WhatsApp guarantee delivery or outcomes?
No. Your provider and template setup determine which messages can be sent. A delivered reminder is not an attended visit; the team still records the appointment outcome.
How are roles and permissions handled?
Staff use configured clinic assignments and permissions, but scope varies by workflow. Front desk, clinical and billing access can differ; review the role setup and deployment-specific search behavior with your team.
What security evidence can we request?
Ask us to walk through clinic access, role permissions and approval controls. For hosting, backups, retention or incident handling, request the deployment-specific information your clinic needs.
