Using the public website
Thirty2OS is a Codes ’n’ Coffee Tech product. This website explains the product and provides enquiry routes. Information can change as the product evolves; a demonstration or workflow illustration is not a commitment to a particular account configuration.
Do not submit information you are not authorised to share, patient records, malicious content or misleading enquiries. Product, company and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Buying or trialling the clinic service
Before a paid subscription or implementation, review the written offer identifying the contracting party, plan, clinics and users, term, fees, taxes, payment schedule, support and any separate services.
Self-serve signup provides a 14-day trial beginning when the clinic workspace is created. No credit card is required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Trial access follows the available trial plan; do not assume it includes migration, provider approval, training or custom work.
Clinic accounts and access
Use individual authorised accounts and keep passwords and verification codes private. The clinic is responsible for staff assignments, permissions, devices and timely removal of access when roles change.
A linked patient or visible action does not authorise a person to access or change every related record. Staff must work within their responsibilities and the clinic’s access rules.
Clinical decisions remain with the clinic
Thirty2OS supports practice management and record workflows. It does not diagnose, independently prescribe, provide emergency advice or replace a qualified practitioner’s judgment.
The clinic remains responsible for clinical decisions, record accuracy, patient notices and consent. Proposal acceptance and clinical consent are separate steps; templates need appropriate clinical and legal review.
Review AI output before confirming
AI can match records and prepare supported editable drafts. Check the patient, dates, amounts, required fields and intended action. Incorrect or ambiguous output should be corrected or cancelled.
Chats and drafts may be retained before confirmation. Changes to clinic records require an authorised confirmation; approval does not remove the user’s responsibility to check the result.
Third-party services and separate charges
Messaging and other connected services depend on their provider’s setup, approvals and terms. A submitted message is not a guarantee of delivery, a reply or an attended appointment.
Review provider charges, onboarding, migration and support separately from software access. Renewal, cancellation, refund and service-level commitments must come from the accepted commercial terms, not an assumption based on this page.
Customer information and offboarding
Clinics are responsible for the information they enter and the authority to process it. Review the agreed processing, confidentiality, access, export and deletion arrangements before adopting the service.
Plan for offboarding before the subscription ends. Agree the export format, available history, retention window and responsibilities; neither a trial nor a subscription page promises indefinite record access.
