Comparison method
Use the same clinic scenarios in both products
A fair alternative comparison uses the current versions, the same clinic data and the same user roles. Ask both products to demonstrate a normal visit and the exceptions your team handles most often.
Pricing, packaging and product capability can change. Written proposals and current demonstrations are stronger evidence than a marketing comparison page.
Switching cost
Include data migration and team adoption in the decision
Thirty2OS has a Dentee workbook import path, but a switch still requires an assessed source, preview, issue decisions and reconciliation. If your source is Practo Ray or another system, request a source assessment rather than assuming the Dentee path applies.
Evaluate training, template configuration, role design, provider setup and temporary productivity impact alongside the subscription quote.
Decision record
Write down the evidence behind the choice
Score workflow completion, data accuracy, role fit, support response, security evidence, migration scope and total contracted cost. Record any feature promised for later as unavailable until it is delivered and accepted.
Use the same evaluation inputs
Use the same evaluation inputs
- The same seeded patient and history
- The same front-desk, clinician and restricted roles
- The same reschedule, part-payment and failed-message exceptions
- The same representative migration sample
- A written total scope covering software, providers, migration, onboarding and support
